Tolulope Michael Bamidele, popularly known as Miki Beliz, born on the 9th of August 1994 to the Engr. J.S Bamidele’s family is the first of three children, two boys, and a girl. It comes from Ilofa, Oke-Ero LGA, Kwara state. His primary education was at Makurdi Peace Nursery and Primary School, and his secondary education was at Otobi Federal Government Collage in Otukpo, Benue State, where he is currently a final year Biochemistry student at Lafia Federal University, Nassarawa State.
He’s a versatile and volatile singer and songwriter. He began singing at a very tender age because his family was musically inclined. Miki Beliz was born in Kaduna, then moved to the state of Benue with his father, a civil servant, where he began singing in the choir. He became more passionate about music with the support of his parents and friends.
His music career began professionally in 2011, playing at shows and festivals, and Miki was discovered after an audition with Soul’s minimal media contact.
He infuses his increasing experience into his music, and this has created a niche for him. His musical style is also inspired by the songs of his idols, the icon of the sunny King Ade, 2face, among others.
Starting music wasn’t all rosy for this young talent, because his parents thought that the musicians were too far away, but that changed when his father, Engr. J.S. Bamidele listened to some of his songs and saw him sing, saw the enthusiasm there, and gave his full support. His mother has always been behind him, showing a lot of love for his music.
