Nigerian entertainers, Falz, Burna Boy, Dj Switch and political leader, Nnamdi Kanu have reported As the group of people who encouraged the youth to cause great disorder and chaos in the nation during the # EndSARS protest, .

In a memorandum along with evidence submitted before the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution by Global Amnesty Watch (GAW), the aforementioned group of individuals along with foreign agencies were accused of using their outlets to produce false news about the protest that ultimately threatened Nigeria ‘s peace and rules.

Jack Dorsey the founder of the micro-blogging app, Twitter, should also be brought to book, according to GAW, as he is among the long list of people who spread fake news to cause fear and panic. The group also reported that, through a group known as the Feminist Alliance, Nigerians at home and in the diaspora helped raise funds to the tune of over N75 million to help promote their agenda.

“The EndSARS protest across the country is assumed in many quarters to be without a leadership structure. While this position has been canvassed in numerous quarters, however, there seems to be a link with regards to the provision of logistic support to the protesters across the country. It is instructive to state that the EndSARS protest was funded from a well-concealed network that raised over N75 Million from donations from individuals in Nigerian and outside the shores of the country through a group called The Feminist Coalition,”

In light of this, they petitioned the judiciary panel to punish the , DJ Switch, Feminist Coalition, Burna Boy, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey and Nnamdi Kanu for misinforming the youth and inciting them to cause terror.
